Terms & Conditions for Yo MaaS
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Yo MaaS platform, hosted at yomarketing.ai, and the services provided by Yo Marketing Agency. By creating an account or using our "Website Grader" tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service
Yo MaaS is a "Marketing-as-a-Service" (MaaS) hybrid platform that provides:
- Automated Diagnostics: AI-powered website scanning, SEO auditing, and performance scoring (the “Yo Score”).
- Strategic Insights: Generative AI tools for persona development and go-to-market roadmaps.
- Service Marketplace: A portal to purchase human-led execution and professional services from Yo Marketing Agency.
2. Account Eligibility and Responsibilities
- User Segments: The platform is designed for mSMB owners, freelancers, and boutique agencies.
- Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate website URLs and business descriptions. Yo MaaS is not responsible for inaccurate “Yo Scores” resulting from incorrect user input.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
3. Data Usage and AI Processing
- Scanning Rights: By entering a URL for a scan, you represent that you have the right to audit that website or have obtained permission from the site owner.
- AI Outputs: Strategy documents and personas are generated using Large Language Models (LLMs). While we strive for accuracy, these outputs are provided as recommendations and do not guarantee specific commercial results.
- Third-Party APIs: We utilize third-party data from Google (PageSpeed Insights, GA4) and other marketing intelligence providers. Your use of these features is also subject to their respective terms of service.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
- Free vs. Paid Tiers: Access to the “Yo Score” may be provided for free, while advanced strategy tools and portfolio monitoring require a paid subscription.
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial months.
- Marketplace Orders: Services purchased through the Service Marketplace are subject to specific “Scope of Work” agreements provided at the time of purchase.
5. Intellectual Property
- Platform Ownership: All software, diagnostic logic, and the “Yo Score” algorithm are the exclusive property of Yo Marketing Agency.
- User Content: You retain ownership of the original business data you provide. You grant Yo MaaS a license to process this data to generate your reports and improve our internal AI models.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Yo MaaS provides a “Growth Operating System” designed to bridge the gap between data and execution. However:
- We do not guarantee specific increases in traffic, revenue, or search engine rankings.
- We are not liable for any technical issues on your website that may arise from implementing “Fix-It” recommendations without professional supervision.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform for violations of these Terms, including the unauthorized "scraping" of our diagnostic data for resale.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and your use of the Yo MaaS platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, New York.
9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiations. If the matter is not resolved within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit to non-binding mediation in New York before pursuing further legal remedies
